He will basically reduce taxes on the rich, keep them in the same place on the poor and middle class and add ten trillion to the national debt, which he has been saying is already too high. The Wall Street Journal loved all this because he is basically trying to make the rich richer and the poor poorer. They only got upset when he went after the trade deals
Trump has fallen back on the same old trickle down theory that has managed to keep his own supporters out of work and on the dole since 2008. So if you’re voting for Trump because you’re expecting him to get you work, YOU’RE SCREWED!
So we’ve got Donald screwing the very people who won the primary for him and we’ve got a potential first lady parading her pubes for the entire world to see. Now Melania may be the best looking first lady in western politics but do we really want our first lady flashing the world? And then there’s Ivanka, who made a fine speech asking for maternity leave for all pregnant workers. It sounded great until we realized that she was talking about Chinese pregnant workers because that’s who make all her products. Ivanka looked great in her made in China dress that the tacky Trumps put on sale immediately after the speech for about a hundred and fifty bucks. Can’t you just picture Jackie Kennedy shipping her dress off to the E Bay Resale Shoppe, each time she appeared in public and in the columns?
And even as this is being written, the Trump boys, Don Jr. and Eric are up in Alaska shooting unarmed animals for trophy cases in the new Trump future slum. The pundits today are all hailing Trump for being able, in the last couple of days, to put aside his anger, to support McCain, Ryan and Ayotte and then to come out on Monday with a speech on the economy that while not packed with great ideas was at least in almost understandable English. So they are praising him. For making some kind of turn from the psychotic sociopath that he usually shows himself to be.
They are now willing to drop the Presidential bar so low that a snake could slither over it. It is so low that one has to ask, are we casting a new reality show host or is this guy really running for President of the most powerful nation on earth?
And then today he really ran off the rails with the insane comment in which he suggests that the gun nuts settle the problem of Hillary for him. I have watched that clip a half dozen times and there is no way that a logical human being can misinterpret it. Trump is looking for a gun nut to murder Secretary Clinton. Now, within a week Trump has spoken about the solution to rigged elections and the elimination of the person that he can’t beat and in both cases indicated that a violent act would be the best solution. If he were just some single nut speaking in the wilderness the Secret Service would already be so far up his ass that he wouldn’t be able to function normally for a year. But this is a toxic presidential candidate with an a brain dead, heavily armed following who will say anything, do anything, go to any unacceptable lengths to satisfy the sick needs of his gargantuan ego. So the Secret Service steps back, quadruples their surveillance and hopes for an even break when some frothing at the mouth maniac comes lunging out of the crowd waving an AK47 or a grenade. They know that this is a country armed to the teeth and that an awful lot of those gun owners are crazy as bedbugs.
Responsible Republicans, who have not put their careers ahead of their morals, have come out in force to condemn Trump and his vomitus mouth. But there are always the nuts on the other side, and watching Rudy Giuliani, raving mad as a hatter, babbling incoherently about how Trump was right, while bouncing around the stage like a demented bobble head doll, tells you all you need to know about the real dangers that will emerge from the cauldron of hate that Trump is stirring. Donald Trump is no longer just an unacceptable candidate. Donald Trump has now become a serious danger to the safety and security of our nation.
