The Blowhard Looks at a Cell

John Kasich was a guest on Velshi this week. He talks a good game and is probably my favorite Republican, but he doesn’t follow through as a candidate. He’s a little too civilized for today’s kill or be killed political scene. The golf club to the gonads just isn’t his cup of tea. That’s okay if you’re running against the likes of Larry Hogan, a man who recognizes the difference between right and wrong, but just in his home state, Kasich will have to face snakes like Jim Jordan who never saw a lie he couldn’t joyfully embrace.

It’s all part of what has happened to politics in general. A group of people who had as their main goal, to serve the people, has been replaced by a group of people who have as their main goal the enrichment of self, and that second group led by people like Donald Trump, Marjorie Taylor Greene or Matt Gaetz, will do anything to achieve their goal.

Jim Jordan is a bully, a pervert, a punk, and a thug, but definitely not an informed politician, ready to occupy any significant portion of the GOP structure. Right now, he’s got his balls in an uproar over what may happen to Trump, but he has no grasp of the fact that Trump is the most convictable liar to ever occupy the White House,

CIA Director William Burns told Margaret Brennan about the Russian plans that had only been known by Putin’s inner circle. Does this mean we have a guy in that inner circle?  If we do it seems pretty stupid of Burns to be blabbing about it on the tube. It’s pretty much accepted that Putin’s inner circle is made up of yes men, much like Trumps. Yes-men got to be who they are because they have learned to love, above all things, the taste of their boss’s ass. Doesn’t sound like Buns knows what he’s talking about here.

Ron DeSantis wants to be President. That’s obvious or he wouldn’t be wasting a lot of time running around making incorrect pronouncements about various situations, both political, and international.

Ron worked very hard to be governor of Florida but there are only so many hours in each day so he spent the majority of those hours on domestic problems, which is as it should be. But now he’s about to run for President so maybe it’s time to take a brush up course on foreign policy.

His floundering over the question of what we should be doing about Ukraine is way past ignorant and is now becoming dangerous. It’s time DeSantis figured out where he stands on the biggest European war since 1945.

Does this guy understand the difference between a territorial dispute and the biggest war since Hitler led the Nazi legions into Poland?

Sure, the idiot he’ll be running against spent a lot of time kissing Putin’s ass. Does that mean that all GOP candidates must spend time kneeling before the Russian throne? And what does that promise for Russian involvement in our 2024 elections? It is obvious to Putin that he will get more backing from the GOP than he ever will from the Democrats. So, will our internet be flooded by Russian propaganda?

Putin is a crazed aggressor, who, not satisfied with owning one of the two biggest land mass countries on the planet, has launched his second- class army against a smaller country in an attempt to grab some of their land. Maybe if he spent his time working to improve his country’s financial status the Russian people would be a lot better off. Certainly, a lot more of them would be alive.

A judge ruled this week that Mike Pence must appear in court to satisfy the subpoena which demands he testify in the 1/6 probe. He’s still trying to wiggle out of it, but that doesn’t change the moral question that has been following Pence ever since he was first subpoenaed.

The question that Pence must face is, does he have a moral obligation to do the right thing about a blatant attempt to violate the constitution by means of a criminal attempt by Trump to steal the election.  It’s pretty cut and dried on that one. But Pence would be just another rotten Republican if he hadn’t based his entire political life on his presumption that he is the most moral human being in every room he enters. For the guy who wouldn’t go to dinner with a woman unless his wife was there to chaperone, to a failure to recognize and acknowledge Trump’s attempts to violate the constitution is a damn far jump. The question is, will this “holier than thou” asshole actually abandon all his Christian baloney and lie under oath to protect a crook like Trump?

This is important. This isn’t just about what happens to Trump in some possible trial next year. This is about what can happen during the election period leading up to November 2024.

Robert Massie ® Ky., posted a picture on a Christmas site, of him, his wife, and his five children posing with automatic weapons in front of their tree. Peace on earth baby!

Then there is Lauren Boebert who sent out a Xmas card showing her, and her 4 sons armed to the teeth in front of their tree. Don’t nobody send them presents they don’t like.

But then Boebert had the definitive asshole quote on Jesus and his lack of an AR15 which according to her was the reason for his death. Yeah, Lauren, you dumb bimbo. That’s what happened. The Romans killed Jesus because he didn’t have an AR15. Have you ever read the bible? We know it’s not accurate. It’s not supposed to be but at least, if you’re a believer,  it gives you a clue as to what might really have happened and why.

 This is your representation in congress, folks. How do you like it so far?

So, they indicted Trump and he’s going to have to show up in New York to be processed. Those who hate him and think he screwed up the country are celebrating, and those who love him are outraged and are calling it all a political revenge trick. Really?

This cheap crook has more criminal cases working against him than any Capo in the country. I’m an old-fashioned guy. I come from the school that tells you, “If the box smalls like shit there’s probably a turd inside.” So, all those criminal cases working and he’s innocent of everything? Not bloody likely.

This being probably the softest case of all, it’s probably better to get it out of the way first. Then they can come in with the Georgia case and put the SOB behind bars.

I know the MAGA clowns are pissed. So what? They have never had a grip on reality. Their guy did more damage to this country in four years than Russia and China in the last fifty. Even his own kids won’t back him anymore. It’s time to lock him up somewhere he can’t do any more damage.  Federal prison sounds nice.  If there was a God, we would expect him to suffer but then if there was a God he would have been jailed for rape before he took office.
