Witch-hunt! Witch-hunt! Witch-hunt! Witch-hunt! It rolls through Donald Trump’s twisted mind, it roils his bulbous stomach, it wakes him in the middle of the night and drives him to his computer to Tweet misspelled messages to an amused world. But why is this? Why is the corpulent coward so immersed in stifling the process of revealing the Russian’s involvement in our elections? Why has he, since the very beginning, been raving about how he’s not complicit? No one had even mentioned Trump’s name when, years ago, he began attacking those who were trying to uncover the Russians attack on our elections. Why? Maybe this fat liar really isinvolved. Maybe he really doeshave something to hide, something so big he felt forced to inject himself into the investigation long before Mueller, when it was just an FBI case. And now it appears he knew about the Russian intervention even as it was happening.
After all, It was Trump, who fired Comey in order to stop the investigation. That blew up in is face. We hope, at least he has enough intelligence in that twisted mind to understand that firing Mueller would cause a constitutional tsunami. What’s really amusing is that nothing Mueller has so far published has in any way stated that Trump is guilty of something, but everything that Trump has done from the beginning of this affair right up to the present has screamed that he is.

THE COWARD:
I have rarely agreed with John McCain about policy. I criticized him bitterly for his Vice-Presidential choice when he ran for the Presidency, but there is no denying that he is one of our great American heroes and there is no denying that he has always been a man of integrity, a guy who knows the right thing and how to pull it off.
Then there’s Donald Trump the clown who infects the White House, the cowardly draft dodger who attacked McCain as often as he got the chance. Even though he ran from service, Trump spends a lot of time talking about what a big supporter he is of our military. Sure as long as somebody else is getting shot. He is the only President in recent memory that has never visited our troops in a combat zone. There’s been a lot of talk about Trump being orange. That’s wrong. He’s yellow!
He appeared at Fort Drum the other day and spent a lot of time promoting what he called the Defense Authorization Act. The real name of the legislation is the John S. McCain Defense Authorization Act but Trump never mentioned McCain’s name. Never had the decency to give credit to an American hero dying of brain cancer simply because McCain had spoken out against him and cast the deciding vote that stopped Trump’s attempt to steal health care from millions of Americans.
Donald Trump is offal. He is a despicable sub-human degenerate who has been inflicted on the country by the dumber, greedier segment of the population and is now bent on turning the nation into a dictatorship. November is coming. That’s the time for the real American people to take away his power. Then in two years they can take away his job.

In a week where Mueller tightened the noose a little more, where Omarosa was making headlines and releasing tapes and where The Turtle was practically admitting that Trump was a liar and a criminal, Donald ignored all that and picked another fight. He revoked the security clearance of former CIA head, John Brennan. The question is why? Why bother? The answer is Trump’s petty nature. He has discovered that this is a power that allows him to ignore anyone and do as he pleases.
But what really caused an outcry from almost anyone who isn’t either a Republican congressman or part of the 35% was the fact that he did it because Brennan had spoken out against Trump’s policies. This had nothing to do with any violation of that security clearance. This had only to do with petty revenge. In the end this will have very little effect on John Brennan but the rest of the world has realized, this is another clumsy attempt by this would be dictator to stifle free speech.
By pulling Brennan’s security clearance and by issuing an enemies list of former intelligence officials that he was also considering for revenge, Trump has in effect tried to shut these men and others up. This is a frantic attempt to quiet the storm of criticism that has followed almost every decision he has made in his Presidency. It never occurs to Trump that better decisions would bring less criticism. What should occur to him are the hundreds of names on lists of those who support Brennan and have requested that their security clearances be lifted too.
A recent plan that has leaked out of the porous White House is for the administration to yank new security clearances to create a diversion as other problems arise that they wish to downplay. This is typical of the crooked modus operandi under which Trump normally operates.

A really interesting story that came out in the NY Times on Sunday was about White House counsel Don McGahn, who it seems has undergone some 30 hours of questioning from the Mueller team with the approval of the President. The most revealing item that comes out is a comment made by one of the Trump sycophants, Guy Benson, on Chris Wallace’s show this Sunday when he claims that Trump giving the go-ahead to McGahn shows that he did it because he doesn’t think he is guilty of anything in the Russian investigation. No, Mr. Benson, That’s fallacious logic. Trump gave McGahn the go-ahead simply because he doesn’t think at all. In Trump’s world, if he wants it to be, it is. There is no other possibility. Trump isn’t lying because he is trying to cover up the fact of his involvement in the Russian hack. Trump lies because it is his natural state of being. He probably really believes, despite all facts to the contrary, that he is innocent of any wrongdoing simply because he doesn’t want to be guilty and because he feels that if he did it, it must be okay, no matter what it was. It is the intellectual functionality of a spoiled four year old. But then that’s what Trump is.
Of course McGahn has now been fired.
Sunday on Meet the Press, Brennan came out and told the world what every one who works or worked for any government intelligence agency already knows that Trump was being a petty little brat and that the revocation of Brennan’s clearance was simply an act of pique by an unstable politician. Then Rudy “The Turtle” came on and Chuck Todd gave him a serious spanking. The Turtle loves to make statements based on nothing. He also has his own version of what the truth is or isn’t and it has nothing to do with the truth as most of the civilized world understands it.
During a discussion of who Mueller should believe in situations that include Trump, The Turtle couldn’t come up with an answer, and when asked if it isn’t realistic to believe a person who has a history of telling the truth rather than one who has a history of lying, he became flustered and pulled back into his shell before claiming that one could not bring up prior conduct to apply to such a situation. Why not? What a person has done in his life is a major indication of how his mind works and therefore an important factor that dictates how he will act again. It’s not 100%, but it is certainly a reliable indication.
But the moment that encapsulates the moral integrity of the entire Trump team came when The Turtle tried to convince Todd that a witness for Mueller might have one truth while Trump had another truth about the same facts. “Truth isn’t truth!” The Turtle declaimed as Todd broke up on camera and all across the country coffee was spewed across TV sets showing The Turtle’s confused continence.

Tuesday August 21, 2018 was quite a day for Donald Trump and his supporters. Paul Manafort his ex-campaign manager and Michael Cohen his personal lawyer and fixer were both convicted on multiple felony counts of various violations of the law. At the same time Duncan Hunter the second Republican to endorse Trump in congress was indicted on multiple counts of using campaign funds for personal expenses. This after Chris Collins, the first member of congress to endorse Trump was already indicted on multiple counts of insider trading. Donald Trump promised to drain the swamp. It seems he brought all the vipers from that swamp into his bed.
It appears that Collins and Hunter have nothing to trade for their freedom but that’s anything but true of Manafort or Cohen who spent the end of his trial setting the table for accusations to come in Trump’s playboy & porn star payoff affairs.
So with all this pressure the pundits are all speculating about what Trump will do this time to divert attention to something else. There is real fear that the fat liar could do something really dangerous in the international sphere. This is not beyond the realm of reality because if there is one thing that is certain in the world of Donald Trump it is that he will do anything to protect himself. He proved that last week when he was ready to throw his own son under the bus. Many of us truly believe that there is no act so egregious that he will not commit it to save his useless hide.

So I’m looking down the list of defectives that make up the current Cabinet and my eyes fall on the name Betsy DeVos and I remember a story from a few weeks back about someone untying one of her yachts from it’s mooring on Lake Huron. Yeah, that’s right, “one of her yachts,” because who can live with only one yacht? I mean suppose DeVos wears a red dress and the only yacht available is pink? It would be a catastrophe. See, DeVos, like Trump is one of those pathetic human beings whose parents had too much money and not enough brains and who threw it at their kids, making them entitled and utterly useless.
But DeVos does know how to scam the government that has put her in charge of our children’s education. This silly bimbo thinks it’s a good idea for the government to pay for guns to arm teachers. But whereas she has found a really stupid way to spend the taxpayer’s money she hasn’t been able to help financially with that problem because she is also busy figuring out how to keep from paying taxes on her fleet of yachts. That’s right, all those cozy little multi-million dollar toys are currently registered in foreign nations to avoid US taxes and labor laws. Don’t forget this isn’t just some thieving billionaire. This is a United Sates government Cabinet member, who is doing her best to cheat the government out of taxes and to leave her employees open to abuse because foreign governments just don’t protect their workers like America does. That’s just one of the reasons immigrants come here. When they do, they need to put their kids in public schools mainly because they can’t afford private ones. DeVos a product of high priced private schools wouldn’t know about those problems because she never faced them. That’s why she has been pushing for help to private schools at the expense of public schools.
This brain dead child of privilege has no idea how education really works or what is necessary or important for our children. Just because she hasn’t been involved in any major scandal doesn’t mean that she isn’t doing more damage than the rest of the swamp vermin in the cabinet. Because of her job she is in a position to do at least as much damage to this country as anyone else in that lineup of shame.

You’re adding confusion to the administrations menagerie. We always called Mitch McConnell the “Turtle” because of the physical resemblance. We think Rudy is more of a “Rat”; Sessions is the “Mouse” all for the same reason. Our friend Jack (also from CU) thinks Sessions is the “Keebler Elf”. Another of the diversions to get us through to November.
